At the Chapel Bruton is a fabulously converted church with so many things that are quirky and stylish. We love the fact that it has its own on site bakery where the smell of fresh baked bread wafts all around the property and onto the street. The bakery opens at 7 am.
At the Chapel Bruton also has a lovely restaurant and it serves great wines. It has its own private cinema where they show sporting events, hold seminars and you can rent it for private cinema viewings.
In terms of accommodation its high class and stylish and I particularly like rooms 2, 6 and 8.
A Grade II Listed former chapel, the all-day restaurant uses the best West Country produce and brings a relaxed Mediterranean approach to British food. In summer, you can sit outside on the jasmine-scented, sun-drenched terrace. They have consistently been awarded a Bib Gourmand from Michelin since 2010. So its a great refurbishment of an old church and it has STLYE written all over it. If you love quirky and love style…this has to be the place for you.
