St Ives is a wonderful place to be at the best of times but if you are staying in one of these sweet fisherman’s cottages, we think you will be even happier. All of the cottages have very trendy interiors. It is said they are but a minute’s walk from the beach in located in a nice arty area. You step into an open-plan kitchen/living area where you can enjoy the large monochrome prints on the walls and shiny stainless steel and natural wood. The beds are huge and they have amazing bathrooms. Although the kitchen is small it is well appointed and even has a breakfast bar and stools for meal times.
Nearby Black Moon cottage sits right on Bamaluz beach. Fabulous French doors give you an amzing view of the sea and mirrors make the space feel bigger.
The living room has a glass floor and you can go through a trap-door and down to a granite-clad area with a window to watch the waves crashing. A Moroccan style bath and contemporary electric fire adds to the ultra-modern feel.
